La plante sur la photo elle celle qui sera adressée. La plante sera expédiée sans le pot de culture.

 

Une fois votre commande validée, attendez que je vous confirme par mail que vous pouvez effectuer votre paiement

 

PROCESSUS DE COMMANDE​

• Vous identifier ou créer un compte avec votre adresse et les renseignements nécessaires à la livraison de votre commande

• Sélectionnez les articles désirés dans le panier, en cliquant sur le bouton "Ajouter au panier".

• Un résumé de la commande s'affiche, vous préciser par la suite votre adresse et vos coordonnées et suivez les étapes en cliquant sur "Continuer".

• La dernière étape se matérialise pas la validation définitive de la commande en cliquant sur le bouton  "Passer la commande".

 

• Vous recevrez alors un mail automatique précisant notamment votre n° de commande,

• Dans tous les cas veuillez attendre notre confirmation par mail AVANT d'effectuer votre règlement : Vous recevrez alors un mail vous confirmant le montant total à régler incluant les frais de port,

• règlement effectué par Paypal (hortus.succulent@gmail.com)

 

EXPEDITION                                      DELAI 1 SEMAINE environ

 

L’expédition se fait en colissimo suivi selon les tarifs ci après pour les expéditions en France et en Union Européenne (UE).

Le n° de suivi de suivi vous sera adressé par mail à l’issue de la commande. Si vous ne recevez pas l'e-mail, veuillez nous contacter immédiatement.

ORDERING GENERAL INFORMATION

EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

 

• All prices are expressed in € (EUR). No minimum order quantity.

• The Plant on picture is strictly the one that I will send you.

• Plant send bare roots without any soil (except for plants with very fragiles roots)

• We mainly sell plants in pots ranging from 9cm to 15 cm (except where otherwise stated), perfect for posting at this size. They are robust specimens, established at their size, ready to be potted up.

 

ORDERING PROCESS

 

• Identify yourself or create an account with your address and the requested information for your order delivery

• Select the desired items in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.

• A summary of the order will be displayed, you will then specify your address and contact details and follow the steps by clicking on "Continue".

• The last step is the final validation of the order by clicking on the "Place Order" button.

• You will receive an automatic email specifying your order number,

 

I will then send you an email confirming the amount to be paid by Paypal using hortus.succulent@gmail.com

• Shipping  by “colissimo suivi” according to the rates below for shipments in European Union (EU).
